As a dedicated education strategist and business innovator, I bring 18+ years of experience designing scalable learning programs and career pathways that empower individuals and strengthen communities. I lead education workforce development initiatives at Arizona State University in the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation. I also recently launched NextReady Studio, a career design consultancy that helps young adults clarify their goals, craft compelling personal brands, and launch with confidence.

I’m passionate about building bridges between education and opportunity, whether through career coaching, experiential learning, or cross-sector partnerships.
